Our initial marketing effort will be to concentrate on a strategically targeted group of users/tenants, through mailings and calls in person and on the phone. Surrounding property users will be personally contacted to make them aware of the availability of the property, as well as to inquire about possible friends or business associates who may have a need for the property. We will also heavily market to the brokerage community through e-mail blasts, calls, and marketing mailers. Lastly, we will post the building on all of the multiple listing services in the city.
Lease Negotiations:
Our agents are trained to negotiate lease economics. Through training we use specific strategies to negotiate favorable economics on your behalf.
Coordination of services:
We provide oversight of the construction process, coordinate space planning, offer vendor contacts of the highest quality, and improve the coordination of the many processes occurring simultaneously. This is a step that is not provided by many brokers in the city but we strive for excellence by making sure everything goes smoothly.
